terialstreet.com is the website of Terial Street, an independent international music and media project. It is operated by a natural person acting publicly under the pseudonym Terial Street. Contact: TerialStreet@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By using the site, you accept these Terms and applicable law. If you disagree, stop using the site.

3. Permitted use

You may view materials for personal purposes, share links and quote short extracts lawfully with attribution.

4. Prohibited conduct

Do not disrupt or compromise the site, bypass access controls, scrape data unlawfully, impersonate Terial Street or use the site for unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, texts, design and original materials belong to Terial Street or are used lawfully. Full republication, redistribution of music or any false suggestion of affiliation requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

6. External services

Links may lead to independent platforms governed by their own terms. The YouTube player loads only after the visitor clicks.

7. Availability and responsibility

The site is supplied as available and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Information is general and is not legal, medical, financial or psychological advice. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law.

8. Reporting infringements

Report unlawful content, copyright or privacy concerns by email, including the URL, a description, the basis of the request and reply contact details.

9. Comments and translations

Visitors may submit plain-text comments under articles without creating an account. Comments are not public until approved. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, misleading, privacy-infringing, advertising or spam content. By submitting a comment, you confirm that you may publish it and grant Terial Street a non-exclusive licence to display, moderate and translate it for the operation of the discussion. The original is preserved. Translations may contain errors and may be corrected by a moderator. Terial Street may reject, hide or remove comments and may restrict abusive submissions.

10. Changes and law

An updated version applies from the date shown at its beginning. European Union and Polish law apply, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules.
